SHIPPING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
At Ballistic Gaming Hardware Pty Ltd we use the most reliable and fastest delivery method. All orders will be shipped using one of the following methods:
- Express Post
- Registered Post
- Courier
COSTS
Flat rate standard shipping fee of $9.50 will be applied at checkout unless an item in your order is over size or weight and then we will be in contact with a shipping quote for you to approve before dispatch.
A surcharge will be incurred for the following locations: Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and The Australian Antarctic Territory. Please contact us for further shipping details.
SAME-DAY DISPATCH
All in-stock orders placed before 3pm AEDT (excluding weekends and public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm AEDT will be dispatched the next business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
As a general guideline, deliveries to major cities will take 1 to 2 business days, whilst it could take up to 5 business days for more remote areas.
BACKORDERS
We strive to have all items in stock. However, if for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order in the normal time schedule, we will notify you within 2 business days.
NOTES
Address details that are incorrect or insufficiently supplied will incur a $9.50 redelivery fee.
If you have given authority to leave goods without a signature, you accept full responsibility if your parcel is lost or stolen from your property.
We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will NOT be accepted.
HARDWARE SHIPPING
For all your and bulky orders please contact your Ballistic Gaming Hardware Pty Ltd representative to calculate the quickest and most cost effective delivery option available for your order.
CALCULATIONS OF SHIPPING CHARGES
All freight charges are calculated based on either cubic or dead weight - whichever is greater.
PO BOX AND PARCEL LOCKER DELIVERIES
If you are shipping your order to an Australia Post PO BOX or PARCEL LOCKER service, the responsibility for these goods is transferred to Australia Post the moment the goods are signed for or accepted by Australia Post.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL) / BARCODE DELIVERIES
Ballistic Gaming Hardware Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for missing / lost goods where the recipient has an Authority to Leave (ATL) agreement / Barcode Signature setup with the delivering transport company and the goods are shown to have been delivered.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the goods being delivered to you are damaged the below procedure must be followed
1) All cartons are to be signed for.
2) Any cartons that are damaged need to be signed for as damaged.
3) If there is visible carton damage we ask you take photos prior to opening and checking the internal components.
4) If you do not have time to check the goods for damage please sign for them as STC or Subject to Check.
REDELIVERIES AND REDIRECTIONS
Extra freight charges will be incurred in instances whereby a delivery is made and the customer is not on site to receive the goods; unless an ATL is issued. Ballistic Gaming Hardware Pty Ltd takes no responsibility for goods left with an ATL in place if the products are stolen from the premises. Should an incorrect address be supplied, a redirection charge will be incurred. Redirection and redelivery charges are not covered by freight agreements or "Free Freight" specials, the actual charges incurred by Ballistic Gaming Hardware Pty Ltd for these redirections will be passed onto the customer. Larger items being delivered on pallets require forklift unload and or tailgate delivery which incur additional charges.
